How to prepare cacao

Ingredients:
- 1 bar of cacao (use less if preferable)
- 1 small mug of hot (not boiling) water
- A pinch of salt
- Then, let curiosity lead the way:
- Sweeteners of your choice (such as honey, maple syrup, or agave)

Instructions
1. Heat water: Water should be hot but not boiling, as high temperatures can diminish the flavor and health benefits of the cacao.
2. Mix in cacao: Add one bar (adjust the amount to achieve your desired level of richness). Stir until the cacao is fully dissolved.
3. Make it your own: Add a pinch of salt, sweetener, and spices to enhance the flavor. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
4. Intention & gratitude: Set an intention and drink it gradually. Most people feel the positive effects within a few minutes, lasting up to a few hours.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Cacao can last 2+ years when stored properly.
